Yes I did that...

I started a salary of P17 a day.

After 18 working days, the company voluntarily increased my salary to P3, so that's makes P20.

The General Manager of Bl1nd Weaponry has modified your salary from 17 PHP to 20 PHP.

When I reach super employee, I write a letter to the management of Bl1nd Weaponry asking for a raise, seeing that I am a loyal employee. I was happy that I was given another P2 increase which makes my salary P22.

depende pa rin ata sa management ng company kasi adjustable naman ang salary... hindi lang ako sure. Sa ngayon, wala akong marecommend pero try mo magresign tapos click mo uli ang company, mag-appear don ang mga available jobs na para sa iyo with highest compensation at the top.

hindi ko sure sa experience points na maibibigay, pero regarding sa wellness, kung ilang star ang company, ganun din karami mababawasan sa wellness mo everytime na mag work ka. So I suggest you better stay to Q1 Company first kapag nagpapataas ka ng wellness.

pagkaalam ko walang relevance yung q ng company sa exp na makukuha.

sa q4 company akong ngayon pero pagkaalala ko 1 exp lng nakukuha ko.
